HatchTech signs contract for new hatchery in Australia

MultiQuip Group of Companies and HatchTech have started the construction of another major HatchTech hatchery in Australia.

The hatchery, with a final setting capacity of 90 million eggs/year will be supplied with a complete product package including, i.a, MicroClimer Setter and Hatchers, HatchTech Ventilation, HatchTech Water Management System. The hatchery will be constructed in Picton, a small town in New South Wales and covers a surface of 4,500m2.

MultiQuip also opted for working with the HatchTech Management System, a system that monitors and displays all the crucial performance parameters of the HatchTech equipment in their hatchery. It provides MultiQuip with complete control over every aspect of their daily operations and helps with analysing and improving performance. Thanks to its internet-based remote-control option, the HatchTech Management System can be accessed via a secure link from any location. Should technical support be needed, the HatchTech service department will remotely log on to the system in order to provide quick and effective support.

Nevertheless, we wanted do execute our own rigorous technical evaluations, including several visits to hatchery projects in Holland, Germany and France. The outcome was positive.
