New feature on USDA’s COOL website

The US Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service has now modified its country-of-origin labelling (COOL) programme’s website.

A link to the National Animal Identification System homepage has been added to the site, as well as 2 informational brochures with regulatory information for retailers, consumers, producers and suppliers. These brochures can be found in the section “New Guidance Documents”.

Those interested have the option to subscribe to the website’s new listserv to receive updates on new guidance documents.
