Innov’Space: Egg stacker Robot Junior
Junior Robot belongs to a new palletiser generation enabling to have two functions at farm packer or egg grader exit with the same robot: stacking and palletising.
Firstly, Junior Robot stacks the 30-egg trays (at farm packer or egg grader exit) in 6-trays stacks, and then it takes the 6-tray stacks one by one to palletise them.
It is possible to work with plastic trays, pallets and dividers, or carton trays, pallets and dividers, or both.
The rate is 32,000 eggs/hour after a farm packer without stacker, and 54,000 eggs/hour after a farm packer with stacker.
Junior robot takes and lays down the divider automatically.
