Korean poultry industry recovers from AI scare

The threat of Avian Influenza (AI) has led to an oversupply of chicken and eggs and resulted in low prices in the Korean poultry market. But Korea has remained AI free since March 2004, and with the Korean media now working to remind consumers that poultry is safe, consumption is set to increase.
