Advanced Listeria Intervention & Control Workshop
The North American Meat Processors Association and the
American Meat Institute are sponsoring an Advanced Listeria monocytogenes
Intervention & Control workshop in January.
This updated educational opportunity is designed to help manufacturers of
ready-to-eat (RTE) meat and meat products examine the issues surrounding
testing, and to provide experience in developing appropriate sanitation
standards and procedures for processing RTE products.
The workshop will be held from 29-30 January, 2008, at Chicago Hilton, 720
