Advanced Listeria Intervention & Control Workshop

The North American Meat Processors Association and the American Meat Institute are sponsoring an Advanced Listeria monocytogenes Intervention & Control workshop in January.

This updated educational opportunity is designed to help manufacturers of ready-to-eat (RTE) meat and meat products examine the issues surrounding testing, and to provide experience in developing appropriate sanitation standards and procedures for processing RTE products.
