Rising demand for Ugandan poultry requires better practices
Although still troubled by disease and feed issues, Uganda’s poultry industry is growing and poultry meat is enjoying a new competitive position on the local market. Government agencies continue to encourage better husbandry practices and disease control measures to improve the industry’s outlook for the future.
