Chick Master introduces Classic series II

17-03-2009 | |

Chick Master Classic series of Fixed Rack setters are the systems that Chick Master is well known for. Now, the company introduces series II.

It is a simple and widely used system worldwide due to its flexible design and good hatching results, states the company.

Series II is an improved version of the Classic. One of the significant recent changes was the removal of the air exchange ducts resulting in improved airflow and reduced maintenance. Individual heaters mounted around the fans combined with water cooling maintain constant and consistent temperatures throughout the setter.

The Classic II contains improved ventilation and exhaust systems plus plastic fan boards, a new internal lighting system and high efficiency plastic fans.

Humidification is controlled by the Cyclomist system that supplies a fine mist into the airflow without the need of a compressor. Control of the machine goes via the Genesis IV control system. The Classic series stands up to its reputation as a simple incubation system to manage good performance.
