CPF implements new Warehouse Management System
Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) to improve its logistics and supply-chain management system and to bring down operation costs, has invested in a new 10 million baht Warehouse Management System (WMS), to increase its distribution efficiency, improve inventory accuracy and delivery time, according to Praderm Chotsuparach, CPF Executive Vice President, Information Technology & Applications.
“By adopting the multi-store distribution centre in each region, the new software will enable CPF to centralize its warehouse and reduce the number of products and meet the demand of each food outlet and will fill the gaps in its distribution and logistics capabilities.”
