Nutreco and DSM jointly aim at Provimi
Royal DSM and Nutreco have released a joint statement regarding Provimi. “Royal DSM and Nutreco note recent media speculation regarding a possible acquisition of Provimi,” the statement says, continuing, “DSM and Nutreco confirm that for this purpose they have decided to jointly explore the possibility to acquire Provimi, should this opportunity arise.” The companies said that further statements only will be made if and when appropriate.
