People: Keith Honegger joins Lohmann Animal Health International
Dr Keith Honegger has joined Lohmann Animal Health International as a technical services veterinarian.
Honegger, a leading poultry veterinarian for nearly 40 years, provides technical expertise regarding vaccines to Lohmann Animal Health International customers throughout the US.
“Keith has been a prominent veterinarian in the poultry industry for four decades,” said Dave Zacek, Lohmann Animal Health International CEO. “His reputation throughout the industry is unmatched. Keith’s addition to our staff of technical services veterinarians adds to Lohmann Animal Health International’s prominent roster of experts offering support to our customers.”
Throughout his career, Honegger has served as a poultry veterinarian, senior technical services specialist and technical services manager for poultry vaccines companies. He has studied trends in poultry disease which have led to the development of new vaccines. In addition, Honegger has developed poultry disease prevention and control programs for commercial layer, broiler and turkey productions.
