IPPE Atlanta: The place to be
The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) currently underway in Atlanta USA is the place to be for the international poultry industry.
However, after a great start, it was difficult for some attendees to find their way to the expo. Severe weather, snow and ice, grounded many inbound flights and made road travel difficult. That said, most visitors flew in before winter weather hit.
With the Atlanta airport opening again on Thursday, the 2014 IPPE will bring together more than 1,100 exhibitors and over 25,000 attendees. Two halls of the Georgia convention center are packed with exhibitors showing their latest innovations and promoting their businesses to guest from all over the world. Valuable exchange of knowledge is facilitated in the congress part of the IPPE, one highlight is the animal agriculture sustainability summit.
