FSIS updates listing of safe ingredients for poultry products 15 Oct 2008

USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has updated Directive 7120.1, which provides inspection personnel with updated lists of substances that are accepted as safe and suitable for use in the production of meat and poultry.
