Another case of H7 on Danish duck farm

//25 Mar 2010
At a duck farm with 2,700 animals in Denmark, the bird flu virus H7 has been detected.

According to the Danish Veterinary Authority, this virus is of a less serious serotype. Nevertheless, the animals will be culled to prevent spreading of the virus.

It is the second time in one month that H7 has been found in Denmark. The virus was found earlier on another duck farm on March 9.
