FATIQLESS TM :
Unbreakable, Fatigue-less Auger is the latest addition to Technical
Systems’ product range. Technical Systems, based in Cape Town, South Africa has
established itself over the past number of years as key manufacturer and
world-wide distributor of livestock feeding equipment. In April 2008, this
leading specialist producer, through mastering a revolutionary breakthrough in
technology, now launches the new improved, FATIQLESS TM Auger.
In addition to being the world’s largest manufacturer of feeding conveyors
for poultry, Technical Systems aims to replicate this lead in the production of
pig feeding equipment in the years ahead, therefore also recently added to the
pig market: farrowing – and gestation (dry sow) crates.
Strength , flexibility and fatigue prove to be the highlights of this new
improved auger. The fatigue capability outperforms all competitors during
fatigue oscillator tests due to revolutionary breakthrough in metal fatigue
treatment.
This Auger is also treated with a surface oxidation resistant oil
finish, and is available world-wide through network of warehouses.
Amongst competing as running finalist over the past recent years and being
awarded the prestigious Chamber of Commerce “Exporter of the Year 2003”, it
comes as no surprise that this manufacturer, aside from serving the local South
African farming industry for more than 14 years, currently exports to more than
50 countries across the globe. Exports ultimately results in 95 % of total
sales.
Currently the range consists of three different types of feed chain
conveyor, complete corner units and over thirty different models of Auger
conveyors, catering for pan feeding as well as Silo-to-House , cross
conveyors. The recent pig crate additions as mentioned earlier.
